Alison LeFlore

Alison brings public and private sector planning and project management experience to the team. She has worked in communities large and small, urban, rural, and suburban throughout the eastern United States as well as in Denmark and England. She brings a real enthusiasm to improving the communities in which she works by bringing diverse stakeholders, residents, and public officials together on complex projects where she is able to bring a variety of interests together to build a consensus that balances the community’s varied interests.

All of Alison’s work is centered on public engagement and realistic visions for the future. Alison works to build public support and ownership of planning projects from day one by developing creative and fun activities that help the community to truly understand each project. Alison has particular expertise in community engagement and outreach to diverse communities, land use planning, master planning, town center and neighborhood planning, community visioning, group facilitation, and GIS analysis.

Alison is AICP-certified and has a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Development from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
